Hong Kah North CCC
The Hong Kah North Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) is the apex grassroots organisation in the constituency. It is a people’s movement that grew out of a time of tumultuous political change and social upheaval. Formed as goodwill committees, the CCCs play vital roles in maintaining good race relations, improving the lives of residents and act as a bridge between the government and the people.

The role of the Hong Kah North CCC is to plan, lead and coordinate various community activities at the constituency and national level with the support of the various grassroots organisations. It also provides guidance and financial support to community projects within the Hong Kah North Constituency and Hong Kah Group Representative Constituency (GRC). The Committee also helps to channel the needs and problems of the residents to the government and keep residents informed of the government's actions and policies.

The Hong Kah North CCC raises funds regularly to fund its community projects and to provide welfare aid to the needy as well as bursaries and scholarships for deserving students. The CCC regularly disburses such financial aid to residents of Hong Kah North constituency.

The Hong Kah North CCC plans and coordinates annual projects and events to reach out and help residents bond. These projects include sports, cultural and educational activities.
